My grandson's Lenovo computer's damage started with a small crack in the corner near the hinge and turned into major damage. Easy online process with original Amazon order info and the protection plan info. Sent fedex, repaired and returned via fedex (with signature) all within 10 days. Happy Grandson and his parents!

I was able to easily modify the dates on a policy now that my airfare could be booked and confirmed.
The claim experience was smooth and painless from the initial filing, printing the label, affixing it to the box, packaging the laptop and dropping it off at the shipping facility. I received updates throughout the repair process and received the repaired laptop a few days later. Excellent experience throughout.

The warrenty on my watch was easy to look up, send back was simple, there was communication and ipdates during the repair process, and I got my watch back in much better functioning state then when I sent it. I do wish I did not need to be without it for almost 2 weeks but definitely better than needing a new watch.
