Everyone we worked with was helpful and personable. We appreciated their reassurance that we would get a great tv comparable to our original tv. After being told it would be 10-14 days to get the replacement we were very pleased when it arrived almost immediately. The only negative aspect to this whole process was the actual tv we received.
