I had a great experience. The representatives were very attentive and clearly worked hard to rectify the situation.
It was super service from Allstate but being 77 yrs old ,I was emailed the card. Used it at Sam's Club had a balance of $58.00 dollars but being not a techi I deleted it by mistake. People at Sam's never saw a gift card on a cell ph. So I am out of $58.00. I requested a check but was given the card by your agent who was actually very nice. Anyway if you could retrieve the $ amount I would appreciate it. FYI I cleaned my pH up before I realized what I did. Thank you, Clifford Kish
