I had this air conditioner for about 3 and Half years and it started to get cool not cold and it started to make noise and water started blowing out of it. I tried to change the temperature on it and it got worse. My electric lawnmower stopped working. Called Allstate to file a claim. They were very helpful and explained their process. I couldn't get the lawnmower repaired so they reimbursed me what I originally paid for the mower. Completely happy.
