Great experience. Because of mechanical/technical issues that arose on my end that prevented me from being able a send my tv in for repairs, the company just decided to replace the TV with a brand new one which arrived in the mail yesterday. Awesome service
I cover just about everything on Square Trade. Stuff isn’t made the way it used to be. Once I had to send something in to get fixed they fixed it no problem and a couple times they just sent me a check and I throw the item away. Just have to make sure you register everything and you’re all good.I also like to make copies in a file just as a back up. Will keep using them as long as they stay in business
The application for a new replacement tv was very easy and the delivery was made a few days later on time
I purchased the warranty for my crummy Epson Workforce WF-2750, not expecting to use it. The printer broke and Square Trade was wonderful to work with! The claim process was straightforward and the reimbursement check came quickly. Highly recommend Square Trade and I will definitely purchase it again when I replace my lemon Epson printer!

Had an issue with my office chair. Fair-trade gave me a number of options from replacement to a monetary value to replace with an item of my own choice. I took the later which was approved within 24hrs and 2 days later I received the cheque. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended. So much so that for the first time I'm now checking on my extending warranties when taking them out to ensure they're provided by SquareTrade.
