Repaired in a timely manner
The battery in my phone swelled causing the phone to separate. Allstate authorized me to get the phone repaired with a new battery. The battery was installed and one day later the screen went black. I called again and was told that I would be getting a new phone. I was reimbursed for having the battery replaced a received the new phone within a few days.
Very satisfied with quick response. Product unable to be repaired. Warranty sent check quickly for replacement purchase.

Received money to go out and replan smoker that broke and what was really grateful about it is we received the money the next day. Will keep buying this plan for our products that we purchase through Wal-Mart.
