Not only they solved the issue but also gave me the best possible solution I imagined. The Dell monitor I purchased had an issue with the LCD panel that will cost me twice the price of the monitor. Square Trade reimbursed me for the monitor plus the cost of diagnostics. Great service. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my PC so I contacted SquareTrade I sent that PC to them for repair no questions.
Purchased a two-year warranty. The back brakes started to pull forward when applied not allowing the bike to stop. Explained to warranty company situation; refund for the bike was initiated within five minutes with a check for the entire amount within five business days. This deserves a five-star rating!
