My Fitbit Sense stopped taking a charge. I tried different charging cables, USB charging connection, electric plug for charging and also swapped out the Sense charging cable and NOTHING would charge the battery. I processed a claim and in a couple of days after I paid my deductible I received my replacement Sense.
