My laptop is beautifully repaired. The time it took from when I sent it until I got it back was 10 days. It took one day on the outward journey to SquareTrade and 3 days on the return to me.
They were prompt in honoring the warranty
My wifi router became damaged at the result of a storm. I spoke with a rep via chat and we worked through all the questions and information. He was very helpful and I received the reimbursement amount for my plan quickly through the mail.
I was very pleased with ST up until I needed some assistance from a person. The first agent must have given me the wrong Tracking code because the TV was being delivered to CA instead of NJ. It took 10 calls to finally get a live person, who was excellent. The hold time was ridiculous and callback took hours.
