Square trade did a great job standing behind my TV. I called customer service they very professionally walk me through some reset steps which did not fix the TV. A technician was scheduled to come to my house to replace power board, this technician was very professional install the new part which did not fix the TV. The end result Square trade told me they could not fix my TV they were going to give me a brand new one. I think their customer is top notch!!!
The process was very quick to receive reimbursement for the TV. I will continue to purchase Square Trade warranties for my products. My issue was resolved in about a week. Thank you.

I had bought a vaccuum cleaner, that was recommended to me by a friend, said she had it for years. No problems. So I ordered the same one, but mine only lasted for 4 months, I cleaned and pampered it. I loved my lightweight, cordless vaccuum, but to my surprise, it conked out. Don’t know the problem. My Sony rx10 IV shut down. Basically all the electronics stopped working. Sent it to SquareTrade on Monday and it came back the following Tuesday as good as new. And this was over the Labor Day holiday!
I'm a bit disappointed that its going to take a month to repair my TV. They have me pick a time I want my TV serviced only to find out the company who was hired to do the work has their own schedule. Why give false expectations?
