Radio quit. Warranty was great quick return on defective radio.

I was able to easily make my claim on line. I mailed in my item for repair and got it back in about a week, well worth it! Would recommend! So far it’s working fine!
They couldn't repair our HTC Vive malfunction so we received an email stating they would refund the full purchase price! Check is "in the mail" (2-5 business days) so still awaiting that but very pleased that they didn't "weasel out" on this.
Excellent. Through email and phone I was able to get the free shipping label. Mailed back the defective product and was constantly kept informed about the progress of my claim. They could not fix the product so sent me a check for the full amount of the purchased product. A pleasure dealing with the organization.
Once the service appt was scheduled, everything was great in terms of communication and service. The only issue I had was the first time calling. It appeared the phone would connect but it did not sound like I was on hold. And then it would disconnect, as if being hung up on. I tried this a few times and when my husband finally talked to someone they did not seem very knowledgeable or helpful (this was a weekend evening and we were told the dept we needed was closed for the day).
