I submitted my request for my warranty on my fitbit versa 2 and within 3 hrs or so I got an email to withdraw my deductible and then I had my replacement shipped within 2 days and recieved within a week. So grateful i van wear my fitbit versa 2 look a little while longer before I have to upgrade in the future and will purchase another Allstate plan if available at that time too.
Claim was handled quickly and so the cost of my item refunded was speedy as well. I was able to repurchase my replacement product the minute my $$ arrived in my account Very pleased with the service. This is my 3 rd claim over the years and those went well too.
