Had problems with Clothes dryer and not one appliance repair dealership was located in Raleigh NC. I was told to find appliance repair shop to come out and fix my dryer and be reimbursed. Call two companies and they didn’t want the job because ST sent the repair parts for the dryer to my home for the Repair Comp to use . Repair person question if genuine GE parts and could be reliable for damages if any problems occurred. ST Refunded my warranty money back and apologize. All individuals I spoke with were great. Especially technical support member Liz who knew exactly what what causing my problem and what parts were required to fix it. She explained how the process works and everything was exactly what I was told. The technician was also terrific, Have already recommended Squaretrade to friends
