I called to have my television serviced, the customer service rep. was unable to assist me so I was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor was so professional and polite from the start of our conversation till the ending words of "Have a wonderful day, Mrs. Roberts". My television couldn't be fixed so they paid my full price to have my television replaced. I wasn't expecting this to happen and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for such a wonderful surprise today.
