Computer screen cracked while in my bag. Filed a claim and my computer was repaired quickly and easily!
This was my very first experience with a warranty. I did not have any issues with them, other than they tried to request "pictures". I do not own an I phone, my flip phone does not have internet. They were very good with my issue.
Very pleased with this protection plan. They were unable to fix my phone so I received a check from them for the purchase price I bought it at 6 months ago. I bought another refurbished phone and made sure I got the Allstate Square Trade one year warranty on this one too. It's a great peace of mind if your pre-owned phone quits working.
The laptop went bad. Sent it in for service and was quickly repaired.
We would have preferred to have gotten the part fixed, but getting the refund was just as nice. Thank you very much.
Answered several questions and claim was settled quickly
At first I was a little frustrated with the trouble shooting the first day. The tech had me unplug the power cord and try the power button again. Then he said that I needed to wait 6 hours then try again, then another 6 hours again. If that didn’t work out then call back to a different number. The second day was more pleasant with the second tech, she had me try a few things and then when that didn’t work out. She filed the claim and explained how to ship it out.
