I filed my claim and on the same day it was approved. I took my phone in to be repaired and it was done in about an hour. Everything was easy and quick.

I had a problem with a device I purchased a few months ago, so I contacted Square Trade. The wait time on the phone was minimal and the representatives resolved my problem very quickly. I was told that my device was still covered under its warranty and that I should give them a call (which I did - they resolved my problem quickly as well).
