In the process of packing & getting ready to go on a trip my phone crashes and that's nothing to want to deal with. It was a good customer service on their end tho I was scheduled delivery for Tuesday and Monday I called Best Buy to confirm and they said they didn’t have the tv in stock so had to wait till Thursday even tho the order was placed already so till Thursday I received it either way it was a good experience even the driver was nice and helpful and the tv is a nice replacement
