I received a Serta computer chair for a Christmas present and love it. My husband also purchased the extended warranty. After 5 months we noticed it was having issues holding the height. It is used at home with only the two of us sitting in the chair while on our computer. We contacted Square Trade to report the issue and had an immediate response. Reconditioned phone was received within 2 days. I transferred my data and sent the damaged one back. Great service, plan price and deductible are a bit high, not sure overall if it is worthwhile.
