I purchased a extended warranty for a white mountain ice cream maker. 1 month before my warranty expired, the motor quit working. My warranty had been registered under an email which I could no longer use and I could not remember the password. No problems. Easy to use
I purchased a vacuum cleaner about a year ago from Amazon and bought a service contract on the vacuum from Square Trade. The service agreement was very reasonably priced. I printed out the service agreement and kept it with the manual for the vacuum. When the vacuum broke, it was so easy to go on line with Square Trade and resolve the problem. Within a week they had sent me a check. I would definitely use Square Trade again if I bought something that I thought I would need a service agreement.
Filing the claim was super easy and quick. It got processed in less than two days. I’m so glad I bought the warranty.
