We've had insurance on our phones and never used it before. Square trade made it easy. The phone arrived well packed and in perfect shape. I would only say it would be nice to have a sheet with instructions for how to send the old phone back.

I probably would've received it back even sooner if i hadn't Mailed it on a friday afternoon still got it back by Tuesday

I’ve purchased square trade for years but never had to use the warranty until now. I’m happy to say just as the warranty promised they refunded me my money back because my chair was broken within the warranty timeframe. Most importantly there was no hassle about it.

Excelent very profesional service . From the moment I call for service to the moment I received back my fixed tablet. They kept me up today through email about the whole process. So I wasn't sitting and waiting not knowing what was going on. If I knew about them I will use square trade for my phone also. Costco should recommend them for everything to all customers.
