With prices on everything being so expensive, and usually when something goes wrong it is one week after the warranty expires. I always get the added protection plan for peace of mind. It came in handy several times. Allstate was so easy to deal with.
Impressed with speed and ease of claim.
So far everything has been great, I am waiting to hear if my laptop can be repaired.
Allstates tech contacted me (by phone) and was able to walk me thru the steps to fix the problem. So far so good.
I bought a 75 inch because it was the perfect size the only replacement offered was 82" way too big for my room
All staff with regards to defective this return was very professional, helpful, informative and friendly. Replacement TV was received quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier ....

Getting the claim settled was such a breeze. Had to upload a few photos and the response was very quick and positive. No hassles or run around.
Great and easy process to file a claim. I forgot that I had purchased an extended warranty for a laptop purchase. The laptop went dead, I put it on a self for a few months since the manufacturer's warranty had expired. While filing a claim for a television that I knew I had purchased an extended warranty for, I signed into Square Trade / Allstate and the warranty for the laptop appeared. I filed a claim (very easy), sent the laptop off for repair, and it arrived back home about 10 days later. and working as good as new!
