I filed my claim online, then continued it with a phone call. At the end of the call, I had all my instructions emailed to me. My return box came within a few days and it was dropped off to FedEx. It's on the way for repair.
I purchased a tv from Costco and bought the extended warranty. Our tv started to have problems and I made a claim with Allstate pursuant to the warranty. Within 2 days and some troubleshooting, we were advised by Allstate that our tv could not be repaired and we were to select a brand new tv comparable to the one we currently have. Delivery was scheduled within 2 days, although I needed to reschedule for a more convenient day.
