TV picture faded to black and only sound. Called squaretrade and ran thru a few checks and it was determined TV needed to be replaced with new not refurbished. New TV was ordered on Friday, could take 10 days to get, but expectations were exceeded when TV was delivered on Monday! Hubby could not be happier...thanks Square Trade!
