You have to jump through too many hoops to get service, plus you get a different company each time and they end up fixing the same thing. My refrigerator still doesn’t work right.
Fixed (2) and sent back quickly, however to get a claim number was a bit more challenging. A letter was attached to one on return saying my plan number didn't match up with that device (?), but replaced all the watch bands!! That's all I really needed, but customer service said the warranty didn't cover bands anymore. (?). I subsequently got both fitbits repaired.
It's nice having the piece of mind knowing your product is protected.

My chair broke and I was reimbursed for it in a very timely manner and was able to get a new chair in no time. Instructions were clear and the procedure was easy to follow. Excellent service.
I had my TV for 2 1/2 years. I truly thought I would never have to use the insurance. I even forgot I even had it until I started having issues with the tv and got my manual out. I was revived that I had purchased it. I received the best customer service and received a quick refund.
The experience was good. The agent and I tried to get my TV to work. After we couldn’t get it to work, they sent me a check to either get it fixed or buy another TV.
They processed my claim VERY fast and the communication was excellent.
After a rough start, the representative was prompt, courteous and accurate. The repair came off without a hitch.
