Took a while to troubleshoot, but then repair/replacement took place quickly.
I called Consumer Cellular to let them know about the problem I was having with my phone. The next day the replacement phone arrived. I would recommend Allstate Protection to everyone.

Good!! I loved it super easy to solve my problem.
I am taking away a star because of the form of payment i received when they paid out my insurance. It came in 2 giftcards for walmart for the total cost i paid for my phone. My issue is walmart will not allow them to work together or in combination with any other payment option. So in the end , after 2 weeks of trying, i bought my phone elsewhere and am using my giftcards for other things at walmart.
