1. AllState has copies of claim, right? Why do they have to ask the policyholder for a copy? 2. After all the paperwork hunting, they refund a lesser amount than the value of the insured item

I had a complete failure of my inverter including smoke and small flame. Allstate to the rescue, they reimbursed me 100% for inverter cost. I wii use the Allstate plan in the future! Thank you.
