I dropped and broke the screen on my phone.. I contacted Allstate protections to find out who and where I should go. They referred me to 2 places and I picked iResQ. After ordering the part, repairs were completed within 24 hours.
Process ended with a refund, however the process took way too long and too many emails and phone calls to get it moving forward.
