TV suddenly failed 2.5 years into 3 year warranty. Started claim online and called in. A little tedious to get to a person but the technician was very polite and helpful. Ended up getting an excellent refund within thirty minutes in the form of an e-giftcard for Walmart, where the TV was purchased.
we bought a 5 year plan. our tv broke after 4 years. A full purchase price was refunded due to no matching tv sets available. Will happily always purchase these great protection plans. nice to deal with a stand up company which has very pleasant staffers
