It required two claims to repair my device because there appears to be issues with techs notating what they did or did not do successfully completely. The first repair either failed to fully reconnect, reenable, or accidentally damaged the fingerprint lock function during their replacement of my cracked screen. (New screen looks great, for the record.) I immediately tried to reopen the claim but was made to start a new one.
