I had a problem with my PC so I contacted SquareTrade I sent that PC to them for repair no questions.
Purchased a two-year warranty. The back brakes started to pull forward when applied not allowing the bike to stop. Explained to warranty company situation; refund for the bike was initiated within five minutes with a check for the entire amount within five business days. This deserves a five-star rating!
