Monica, was the last SquareTrade advisor that I worked with and she did an amazing job. She walked me through a few troubleshooting steps and then ordered all the components she believed the repairman would need. Thankfully she did because the initial item that was replaced didn't resolve the issue. Had Monica not been so efficient...it would have caused the repair to extend even longer. Great customer service, quick to reimburse me for my claim.
70" samsung 4k had problems with message dropping from top telling us "malicious message being blocked". We called Samsung customer service and tech had no idea what we were talking about. We called Square Trade and explained problem to very polite gent who asked what else we had connected to receiver. He advised us to disconnect our Roku and problem solved. Great service!
