Making an insurance claim is never a fun experience. Some companies are worse than others to deal with. Our experience with Square Trade was much better than expected. Our TV started developing a weird "stain" that was spreading, and becoming more and more visible. I called Square Trade and spoke with a young man who talked us through seeing where the problem was and what the problem was. He was very patient, and this process took quite a while. I spoke with Kensha with SquareTrade about the problems I was having with my Galaxy S7 phone. It stopped working and I tried everything I could find on Youtube to fix it, to no avail. She was very patient and listened to my problem. She even called Samsung for me. After being on the phone for about 20 minutes, she solved my problem. I received a check for a replacement phone in only 4 or 5 days. All I can say is excellent!! Thank you so much SquareTrade!!
The representative I spoke completed my claim while speaking with him on the phone. My claim for a replacement of my desk was then approved and mailed within 5 business. A very pleased customer.

Broke screen on phone. Totally went out instantly so I needed it fixed asap. Even in the corona shenanigans they made it happen check came fast. Went to repair shop close and had phone back in hours.

My 60” Samsung developed grey lines. I followed the instruction on starting a claim and it was easy. Within two weeks I had a newer model and at no charge. Best $60 I’ve ever spent. I’ll get another warranty with my next purchase.
It was really easy to get my TV replaced. They kept me informed on the shipment and delivery time. They texted me and let me know they would be delivering my TV withing a 25min window. Very impressed.
