Great service throughout my journey of trying to get the replacement phone to work with Verizon's network. Just disappointing the 2 replacement phones didn't work as it caused a lot of back and forth with both Verizon and Square Trade. Although,In the end, Square Trade did what's right and reimbursed me for the phone so I could buy a new one. The whole process was quick as in 2 days and they kept me informed during each of the steps. Once my claim was approved I was given option on how my claim would be resolved. Great company!

With one month to go on our warranty, they found our warranty, we submitted pictures and they decided to replace our TV. We did not have a choice for replacement but we were pleased with their choice. Not the same brand but comparable. It arrived in good condition. Driver was very courteous. TV is working great.
