I actually had to file 2 claims a week apart and squaretrade was awesome in getting both items fixed!! I have used square trade for many years now and they are always on to of it! Thanks again!

Perfect gentleman helped me through a frustrating experience with calm, assuring, helpful guidance and advice. I had my new phone within three days, and that's amazing considering we're 90 miles from the nearest big city! Thank you, Square Trade!

Reported a broken shredder on the Square Trade website. Received reply emails along the way, and with 48 hours, was notified that we'd be receiving a check within 5 days. We received the check for an amortized amount based on the age of the shredder. Very happy with how Square Trade works and how they followed up on this matter.

We had an issue with our TV and contacted SquareTrade immediately. Working with the representatives from the company, we were able to determine the issue could not be repaired, so the TV was replaced with a new one of the same value. I will always consider SquareTrade extended coverage whenever it is offered.

I can't believe how fast the repair for my Lumix camera went. This is a better service than anything. It is the first time I had to use SquareTrade.
