My paperwork from the original purchase of my warranty had been misfiled. It was a four year warranty program and I did not go on line at time of purchase to register (retailer did not advise me to register). Once contact was made and proper request were made SquareTrade verified my purchase within 24 hours and had my product replaced within another 24 hours. I called and received an appointment date and time the same day. My service tech arrived on time, wore shoe covers and performed a great job repairing my machine. He was very knowledgeable , respectful, and friendly . I’m so glad I purchased this warranty! All is well before the holidays! Nice job SquareTrade!
