A week ago we had a lighting strike that took out our 65" living room TV (among other devices). We had less than a month to go on the 5 year warranty so I was a little worried there might be some issue getting service. Not to worry, the super nice folks at SquareTrade took good care of us. After some trouble shooting over the phone they saw nothing was happening with the TV so they set up and approved our claim. I called, the rep was very nice & helpful. They sent out a brand new phone within 2 days with a postage paid envelope to return the broken one. Simple.

Square trade was on the ball. from time I shepped my item to repair and received item back was only a week. I would definately recommend them.

I appreciated the friendly customer service. The callback was a shock to me, Bryan called the next day after I made my claim...Wow! My claim was answered quickly. The technician was at my house within 5 days....Wow!

I sent you the comments yesterday, before your request. I'll repeat them. You're super fast in response. I received the remote control the next day. All I have to do is inserting the battery and it works like a charm.. Thank you again for the super service.
