I had my router for less than a year before it broke. The manufacturer’s customer service was lack luster. Square trade listened to me and didn’t give me a hard time.
All I had to do was answer a few short questions and my new phone was on its way...took only two days to arrive from Oregon all the way to NC! Excellent, friendly service.

I reported needing service in October of 2019, after 5 customer members tried to help I asked for a Mgr after talking with her 3 times n two service visits at home it was not fixed as of March 1st 2020 then I got a call tell me it was going to be paid in full. Then I went back to Costco to get a new one.

Excellent process for determining issue, scheduling repairs and providing necessary parts.
From reporting the claim to shipping us the box to send in the computer to getting our repaired computer back, our experience was easy and incredibly fast! Thank you!!!
