My Fitbit broke twice. The first time it was repairable. The second time it was not. I was beyond happy and satisfied with the great service from this warranty plan. Each time Allstate sent me a prepaid label to return my Fitbit via FedEx at no charge to me. When it was not fixable, they did indeed, refund me the full purchase price. Wow! A warranty company that fulfills it's promises. I highly recommend Allstate Protection Plans.
It was a quick easy filing and they honored the plan and quickly made a determination and gave me a refund because they could nt find an exact replacement and I was able to replace me dead unit with a different but new icemaker at I time of dire need
I filed a claim on a protection plan I had bought with a game console. The controller went bad and they simply had me purchase a new controller and then sent me a check. So easy.
