Square Trade stuck with me and made it right. They even called to make sure I was satisfied.

Filed initial claim online. Set up for callback from customer service. Really liked their callback system that keeps you informed of how long the approximate remaining wait time is until you receive the call. Went through the diagnosis steps with the rep to verify that it was not a problem with settings. Rep sent email to get photos to show the problem. Replied to email with photos of problem. Everything went well and seemed quick enough but there was no updates except we received the device...... we’re returning your device. Nothing major just irksome.
