On time and quickly replaced part.
I first tried to handle it online but the online site said I was still under manufacturers warranty which had expired after 90 days. I had to call. However I was given instructions about send my sales receipt and told to call back after I did that and be sure to say our warranty had expired. The cust. service rep quickly filed my claim and I received payment for the faulty product within a few days.
We received excellent service and follow-through in the replacement of our TV. Everyone we dealt with made it easy to test our failed TV, determine how to replace it, and get it delivered to us without hassle. We are very grateful for the wonderful service—and that we had decided to buy the warranty. Thanks!
After determining that my laptop issue was covered by the warranty I purchased my unit was quickly repaired. Shipping was easy in the provided container and I received updated on the status. The entire process took less than ten days. I recommend this service and Square Trade.
When I purchased this laptop from HP through ebay I'm grateful I had the sense to get this warrunty. I prchased new software including Office 2013, Adobe Photoshop and installed Malwarebytes to protect it from Malware. What it did not protect me from was fies two inept tech support people from Microsoft.
