Called Square Trade about the warranty on my laptop. Their Customer Service was excellent. We tried a home fix first but it did not work. So I was given detailed information on what would happen next. Received the box and packing material's via FedX within 3 business days. Followed instructions that where included in the packing material's and sent it to be repaired. There was a tracking number included with the return label so I could follow the laptop's progress. After contacting SquareTrade and following the troubleshooting steps I was asked of while on the phone, the tech sent me a email. Last part of the process was to take a few photos of my tv that was damaged. I called 2/6/2020. The new TV was delivered 2/9/2020 on a Sunday at that. I’m not easily impressed.

The experience of using the insurance policy for the cell phone was pretty good. It took several calls and chats online to get through the entire process after the phone broke and the Apple Genius Bar said the phone needed to be replaced. It was easy to reach someone at Square Trade. Once I submitted the requested documents online, I received a gift card for the expected amount the next day.
