Our TV quit working, we went through some steps over the phone and they decided it needed a tech. They overnighted the parts and the tech worked me into his schedule super fast and he had to drive over an hour to get here. It was fixed within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I have never had this ease of filing a claim, all happen online except one call to trouble shoot my issue. Service tech was very professional was in and out and my television was not able be repaired. The replacement was all completed online with a couple clicks. Keep doing what you do!

I was treated with total courtesy . The rep was well versed in what to do and resolved my issues quickly. As a matter of fact my phone was fully repaired the same day. Excellent service.

I am unable to set up the replacement phone sent to me because I am hard of hearing. My son talked with your representative 55 minutes on a Sunday evening but was never able to complete the texting program and we did not get my contacts changed over or my photos changed over from my old phone. My son has not been able to return although he plans to finish the setup process but in the meantime the old phone contacts and photos have been turned off from the old phone.
