OK don’t get any extra warranty well, times have changed. Televisions don’t laugh any longer than five or six years I have heard. For $59 I got the warranty on a $452 Samsung smart television. With six months left on my butt warrantee the television died. Square did diagnostics by phone and the picture was shot. It’s a very common problem in this series and it died on time. This was our second claim on a different appliance. I filed a claim online. The next day a rep called to discuss the claim and advise me of the next steps. New parts for our 70" TV arrived within 2-days. A local technician was arranged and came 2-days after that. The new parts didn't solve the problem. The technician came again and still no resolve. My granddaughter dropped her phone and was of course devastated and the I realized a had a warranty. The next day Apple fixed the phone I paid and sent receipt and within 5 days had my money back. Guess I'm the best grandmother for the day. LOL
