Great customer service, great phone experience. SquareTrade phone reps communicated clearly over phone and via email and I received a new LED TV within a week... this is how it's supposed to work!
I’ve had two experiences. Both were very easy to resolve my problem.
I filed a service call online and within 1 minute I received a phone call. Online technician was helpful but I had to call back because the TV had the same problem. The second technician was incredible! He knew right away what the problem is. It's only been one day but I think the problem is solved. He sent a service repair person out to replace a part and they were really great! I really like Square Trade for my warranty needs.
