Bought a 4 year protection plan and they said they wouldn't warranty because product was DOA. the service rep that was helping me was very nice and listened well. Just unimpressed about buying a warranty and not being able to use it. Now warranty is null and void and I am out the cost of the warranty.
Our experience was actually a surprise. We never expected our claim to be so pleasant. I would recommend Square Trade to anyone!
