We are a school district with many laptop extended warranties. Squaretrade's support has always been excellent and problems have always been resolved.
Our TV stopped working 17 days before the warranty expired. One short phone call and a few questions and it was resolved. Too expensive to fix the TV so I received a check for full price of the 4 year old TV. Check came in within 7 days of phone call. Great customer service.
The process was painless. I called Square Trade, performed television diagnostics with the representative on the phone (3-4 simple tasks in front of my television) and was assigned a case number. I then received an email requesting 3 different pictures of the television issue. After taking 3 pictures from my Iphone and responding to the email I was sent a television replacement approval email within a couple of days. The overall experience with them has been amazing. My only complaint is that when I recieved the box to ship them my laptop it was very unstable and when I untaped it to place laptop the whole side came off the box and was ripped. Thankfully I got approved to use another box because I was not putting my valuables in there
Square Trade customer support and claim service is excellent. Didnt had to wait for long onthe line and able to submit claim easily.

Rating would have been excellent because of the fast shipping, packaging, communication and item turnaround except that my repaired laptop was returned missing the AC adaptor that I originally sent with my laptop. Paperwork signed by the repair technician and a quality inspector acknowledged there was a power adaptor with laptop but somehow it wasn't packed with my repaired unit. Service representative offered to have repair department try to find it or I could purchase a replacement and get reimbursed. I chose to order one ... read more
