The customer service asked how much we paid for the tv. I let them know how much before the tax. Was hoping that it was going to be the full amount but got less than expected.

TV went out, contacted Square Trade. Technician tried walking me through several steps to see if possible to get it to work. Once I explained I did not have cable service and was using over-the-air antenna, I was informed I would be getting a new TV and/or check for replacement. I received a check in approximately 6 days, allowing for the weekend. Overall, response was very good.
Our TV had a problem and SquareTrade replaced it with a comparable model at no cost within a very reasonable period of time. I have always avoided buying insurance on purchases, but got this policy included with my TV and am so happy I did. I may even buy it on my own next time. Thank you!
Just as they promised, rapid repair repaired & returned my Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. I was overly concerned about getting it back as I'm a caregiver for my brother & need my phone so the facility can contact me when needed or in case of an emergency. Thank you, very much. Phone like & operates great!
I was a bit disappointed that Square Trade couldn't find a replacement product, but they refunded my money very quickly. I won't have to think twice about purchasing a warranty from them again. It was well worth the money.
