Bought this Brother copier. Worked fine for a while and then it absolutely would not, could not find our wireless. No on line directions could persuade it to function. Oh, but we have a Square Trade policy! Really? Yes, really. Do you think they will honor the agreement without a long discussion/argument? Maybe, we'll see. THEY DID! Absolutely the quickest and easiest process you will experience when you need to make a claim on a defective product.
Twice now, I have had to file warranty claims on my SquareTrade warranties. Both times, they have quickly and efficiently fulfilled their end of the bargain. I almost always use SquareTrade now that I see years after you paid for the warranty, that they provide the warranty coverage they promised. Usually I do everything on-line, but when I did call their call center, had a very helpful individual who was in USA and quickly got me taken care of.
Very easy and quick; responses in email were fast. Check delivery was quick. Only slightly frustrating thing was the automated phone service when you call in. It wasn’t exactly clear where to go if you had filed a claim and received an email saying to call in. Took several call ins to get where I needed to be and talk to a person. Otherwise, excellent all around! Thank you!
I was told that Square Trade couldn't help me until my tablet was past the warranty date, which then I got in contact with the manufacturer and I know what to do to send it in to have it fixed or replaced with a new or refurbished one. I was glad I got Square Trade advice.
They went above and beyond to take care of situation, I am pretty satisfied with my claim
