quick service, would use again
My product, coffee maker, stopped working. I called Allstate Protection Plans and informed them that my product is no longer working and they made the process to reimburse me seamless. It took about a week. If anything, the waiting for reimbursement could be quicker, but nevertheless, I was made whole and replaced my coffee maker with another.
I called when I dropped my phone and broke it. They immediately sent a replacement phone and it was easy to transfer my personal information. They provided a postage paid label to return the broken phone to them. I was really impressed with how quickly I received the new phone. Great experience.

I had a desk that had worn on the bottom from my feet hitting it & it was chipped & the paint had worn on it. The desk warranted a replacement check & I am very happy with the outcome.
