We've always been skeptical about the added warranty expense but after having two experiences with home office chairs that the bonded leather on the arms peeled in a very short period of time, we decided to sign on with Square Trade. I got help, but still have problems. I also have to reload all my added programs since purchase. I still have a VERY slow computer with other problems as well.

When I called about my phone dying, I was told I would be getting a new replacement phone. I was getting ready for work and it only took 10 minutes. In 2 days I had my new phone and love it. THANKS
