"A previous Square Trade experience was terrific. This one was terrible. Hour and a half on the phone to reset and diagnose 70" TV. Pixilated picture but clear NBC Logo (tried to watch Olympics). Their statement: Since the logo is clear, your TV is Fine. So I'm going to watch the LOGO instead of the Olympics? Absurd! "Sometimes no. Squaretrade made many promises before i spoke with the last guy. I really feel they didn't want to part with the refund. They could never give a confirmation number for the refund which allowed them not to complete the task. The redeeming value took place with another item that needed fixing. It's fixed but the internet doesn't work. Geesh i'm so tired of this Microsoft pro and their defective product. My main issue is that the replacement phone I was sent quit working the next day which caused me to spend half my day on the phone making arrangements to take it to the repair shop and when it couldn't be repaired I had to call back in again to arrange for another new phone. "Want to change from Excellent to Very Good as I am concerned that the second time I turned on the tv (the first time after setting it up), it turned on and stayed on for about 5-10 seconds and then all of a sudden it turned off (turned all black) and immediately turned back on???
