This is the second time (different issues), we have used Allstate warranty for this computer. Both issues were resolved.
Prompt reply’s back through emails. My claim was resolved by email within hours. My dad’s tv was was shipped and delivered as stated in the email.

Allstate tried many different ways to get the sim card to work. They did a great job. Allstate said they will get back to me because the sim card didn't work. I had to call the provider to get a new sim card.
