If you purchase an item $500 and over I highly recommend the protection plan. I purchased a GE Profile Ice Maker and it pooped out on my in like year 3. Allstate Protection Plans paid out and the process was easy ONCE AND AFTER I found the correct department. I was very relieved. I purchase a new one and again got the protection plan.

I paid $25 deductible online and was sent to Sam’s club for replacement all in about 2 hours!! I will always use Allstate!!!
Purchased a motorized toy jeep for my grandson. After 2 years, the battery would not hold charge. Thankfully, the warranty enabled a new battery. Very easy and fast to obtain new battery, great service. Thank you!

The first time I called to say my phone system wasn't working right, you said I brought the wrong battery, but I hadn't. Then I got sick and tired of constantly having to charge the phone that I called again and this time Avery lovely lady said "oh no, you shouldn't have to be doing this all the time",and she gave me a refund and said to donate the old one. And I did receive a refund of my original payment! Very appreciative!!!
