The overall experience was okay. I wish they gave me the option to get a gift card to begin with instead of offering me three options that were not desirable. I was also surprised that the gift card amount did not include the taxes that we paid on the original item.

The process is not as difficult. I had a slight challenge at the beginning but after chatting with a representative, everything was fine and easy.
It took two calls to get the issue resolved. It could have been resolved on the first call.
