We are so very happy that we decided to purchase this plan. Making a claim was very easy online. The reimbursement check arrived shortly and new glasses are on the way from our SAM'S optical department.
Claim was easy to make, communication between them was great, the repair and shipping back didn't take long and product was good as new.
