Within a couple days of filing a claim, I got a Sam’s Club gift card to use for another pair or glasses.
My customer service agent was great. I would have rather received a new vacuum cleaner but since prices have increased, I understand why they simply cut a check for the purchase price.

My initial call was taken by an automated AI assistant (not identified as such), and it required multiple calls to be able to speak with a human. Once I did, I was able to quickly resolve the issue and received my payment immediately.
Once I got to the right person, filing was easy and approval was instant and receiving money for claim was quick.
