My mail delivery was compromised so I was concerned my reimbursement check was stolen. I called Allstate Customer Srvc and requested another check. All was handled quickly and professionally.
Started out kinda shaky with the furniture warranty on a purchase from NFM. Allstate found the receipt for the missing items and covered the pieces from the set that weren’t damaged since it was a set! Great job!
