The person I spoke to assisted me as much as he could. The system told him I couldn’t get a replacement phone for replacement I was sent which didn’t work. I had to call Consumer Cellular because they sent the replacement out. I called Consumer Cellular and they sent me another replacement phone which works. It took a little while to correct the situation, but it worked out well.

We are so very happy that we decided to purchase this plan. Making a claim was very easy online. The reimbursement check arrived shortly and new glasses are on the way from our SAM'S optical department.
