Took several call backs, was a bit of a pain. 3. The three separate people I spoke with were all very professional and helpful, and the last one (who's name I do not recall) as an absolute delight. 5 stars for all of them. 4. "I bought a Paper Shredder 3 years ago & a Square Trade extended warranty. When the shredder wouldn't shut off & we tried everything to resolve the issue I called Square Trade.
