Notified them that my router was failing. Next day they said I did not have to send it in and that tehy would issue an Amazon credit. Had the credit in about 2 days. Great experience, and I purchased a SquareTrade warranty for my new router.
Mattress cover arrived on time and in good conditon. We placed it on the bed with little effort. I took away one star as we will wait to see how it holds up after a year.
