"I have always been skeptical of buying insurance on products. So many of them don't cover what you need them to. NOT the case with Square Trade. Our printer died and customer service was wonderful. No hassle, I answered a few questions and a check for the cost of the printer was received within a week. (printer was not reparable) Went out the next day, bought a new printer and a Square Trade insurance policy. Best money I've spent in a long time!!"
"I talked with the customer service representative. He was very helpful and forwarded a claim form to me by email. The phone was repaired at the Apple store and I need to send the receipt to Square Trade for reimbursement (less the deductible). I will send the receipt in a couple weeks when I return from being on vacation. I don't anticipate any problems."

"When I contacted Square Trade the staff was polite but I was a bit disappointed. I thought that since I paid for this additional insurance that my panel was covered but was disappointed when informed that it was not. Subsequently I paid a little over 500.00 to have the panel replaced but have not yet received a receipt from the repair man. I also requested that he email a receipt to SquareTrade and Lg to prove that I had the work completed. The process was smooth and quick, and we were happy that we invested in the insurance!"
